Refund and Return Policy

At Bloomvia Nature, we take great pride in the quality and purity of our natural wellness formulations. Due to the nature of our products—which are categorized as personal care and hygiene items—we maintain a strict No Return / No Refund policy.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds.

1. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."

  • Personal dislike of a product’s scent, texture, or consistency.

  • Skin sensitivity or individual reactions (we strongly recommend reviewing our ingredient lists and performing a patch test before full application).

  • Product results that do not meet personal expectations.

2. Exception: Severely Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to our "No Return" policy is in the event that an item arrives severely damaged. For a product to be considered severely damaged, the primary container (glass bottle, jar, or tube) must be broken, cracked, or leaking to the point that the product is compromised or unusable.

To report a damaged item, you must:

  1. Contact us at [jeff.sidibe888@outlook.com] within 24 hours of the delivery date recorded by the courier.

  2. Provide your Order Number and full name.

  3. Attach clear, high-resolution photographic or video evidence of the shipping box, the damaged product, and the shipping label.

Once your claim is submitted, our team will review the evidence. If the damage is verified as a transit error or manufacturing defect, we will authorize a return or replacement at our discretion.

3. Return Shipping Costs

In the event that a return is authorized by our support team, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to our facility. * Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

4. Condition of Returns

If a return is authorized due to damage, the product must still be in its original packaging. If our inspection finds that the product has been used, tampered with, or altered beyond the reported damage, we reserve the right to deny the refund or replacement.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Bloomvia Nature is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing or stolen. We encourage customers to provide a secure delivery location. If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact the courier service to open a claim.

6. International Orders (VAT, Duties, and Customs)

For our customers in the European Union and other international regions, please note that any refusal to pay VAT, Import Duties, or Trade Taxes resulting in the package being returned to us will not qualify for a refund. In these cases, the package will be considered abandoned.

7. Sale Items and Gift Cards

Only regular-priced items may be considered for damage claims. All sale items, promotional bundles, and digital gift cards are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
