Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Bloomvia Nature. We are a Quebec-based brand committed to delivering high-quality natural welness prodcuts. Because we maintain a strict No Return / No Refund policy (due to hygiene and the nature of our products), we encourage you to review your shipping details carefully before finalizing your order.
1. Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Quebec & Ontario: 5-10 business days.

Rest of Canada: 5-10 business days.

United States: 10-20 business days.

International: 15-30 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or courier issues beyond our control.
3. Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility
Because all sales are final (as per our Refund Policy), it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is 100% correct at the time of purchase.

We cannot redirect packages once they have left our facility.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item. No refunds will be issued for "return to sender" packages.
4. Shipping to the European Union & International Markets
For our international customers, please be aware that your order may be subject to Import Duties, VAT, or Customs Taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us or abandoned, no refund will be issued, consistent with our No Refund Policy.
5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Quebec Delivery Law: In accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, we are responsible for the delivery of the goods to you.

Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, you must contact us within 24 hours.

Please Note: If you provide "safe drop" instructions to the courier or request the package be left unattended, you assume the risk of loss or theft once the delivery is made.
6. Damaged Items (The Only Exception)
As stated in our Refund Policy, the only exception to our final sale rule is for items severely damaged during transit.

If your package arrives crushed, broken, or leaking, you must take photos of the damaged packaging and the product immediately.

If a return is authorized for a damaged item, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us.
7. Language / Langue
As a Quebec-based business, we comply with the Charter of the French Language. This policy is available in French upon request. En tant qu'entreprise québécoise, nous respectons la Charte de la langue française. Cette politique est disponible en français sur demande.
